NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT FOR DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

At Rico Starr, each item is custom-made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including incorrect size selection, change of mind, buyer's remorse or personal preference.

This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality while minimizing waste and allowing us to continue offering free shipping within the United States.

To ensure every customer receives a brand-new product, we do not resell returned merchandise. Once an item has been delivered, we cannot verify if it has been worn, washed, stretched, altered or stored. Maintaining product quality and consistency for all customers is extremely important to us.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information and size charts carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about sizing or fit, we encourage you to contact us prior to purchasing.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@ricostarr.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and any defect or error.

If a return is required, the item should be shipped to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the item and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time regarding the outcome of your claim.

If the item is determined to be defective or incorrect, Rico Starr will, at its discretion:

• Replace the item at no additional cost to you; or

• Issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Approved replacement items will be shipped free of charge.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs initially. If the item is determined to be defective or incorrect, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed at Rico Starr's discretion.

Replacement delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier transit times.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
