RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Every Rico Starr item is custom-made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind or personal preference. Please review our size charts carefully before ordering, and email us with any sizing questions before you buy.
Defective or wrong item? If your item arrived with a defect in how it was made (for example, missing stones) or you received the wrong item, email info@ricostarr.com within 3 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- photos of the item
There's no need to mail anything back. Once your claim is approved, we'll send a free replacement or refund you to your original payment method.
Damaged in shipping? Damage that happens in transit is handled by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, and save all packaging and the item.
