Promotions, Sales & Discount Code Policy

At Rico Starr, we occasionally offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, and limited-time sales as a thank you to our customers. To ensure fairness and consistency, the following terms apply to all promotions.

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be entered and applied during the checkout process before an order is submitted. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to apply, add, modify, or honor promotional codes retroactively.

Sale Pricing

Sale pricing is valid only during the advertised promotional period. Orders placed before or after a sale are not eligible for price adjustments, partial refunds, or credits if pricing changes.

No Retroactive Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, flash sales, holiday sales, email offers, influencer codes, loyalty rewards, and other promotional pricing cannot be applied to previous purchases. This includes orders that are awaiting fulfillment, in production, shipped, or delivered.

One Promotion Per Order

Unless otherwise expressly stated, only one promotional offer or discount code may be used per order. Promotions may not be combined with any other offer, sale, or discount.

Exclusions

Certain products, limited-edition items, collaborations, gift cards, shipping charges, taxes, and other designated items may be excluded from promotional offers at Rico Starr's sole discretion.

Promotional Errors

In the event of a technical issue, pricing error, or unauthorized use of a promotional code, Rico Starr reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any order placed using an invalid or unintended promotion.

Right to Modify Promotions

Rico Starr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion, discount code, or sale at any time without prior notice.
